The reason why the KAP MV CLASSIC is slightly more expensive than the KAP series released so far is presumably due to the “world’s first” molding technique used in the KAP MV CLASSIC.
KAP MV CLASSIC is a keycap set with PBT material in Cherry Profile.
The printing method is called “double shot,” in which the keycap is formed by combining an exterior part from which only the lettering has been removed with an interior part from which only the lettering has been molded.
Normally, only the part where the keys are pressed (the key-top part) is double-shot, but the KAP MV CLASSIC uses a “side double-shot” newly developed by Keyreative.
Let’s take a look at the actual keycaps that Greenkeys obtained from Keyreative.
Thus, in addition to the four key top locations, two of the side locations are also double-shot molded.
In double-shot, you can basically only color in one color.
In other words, if the exterior color is white and black printing is desired, it is assumed that only black printing is used, and sublimation printing is used for other printing.

The keycap design is very sophisticated, created by Max Volter (Tim Van Damme, Belgium), organizer of the MVKB project, and Kapowaz (UK), who is responsible for the overall KAP series.
