- Construction Design Certification (Article 38-26 of the Radio Law): When a registered certification body has issued a construction design certification in accordance with Article 38-24, Paragraph 1 of the Radio Law, and when the person who has received said certification (the person handling the certification) has fulfilled the obligation to conform to the construction design in accordance with Article 38-25 of the Radio Law, the person handling the certification may affix a Technical Qualification Mark to the specified radio equipment. When the person who has received the certification (the certifying agent) fulfills the obligation to conform to the construction design in accordance with Article 38-25 of the Radio Law, the certifying agent can affix the GE Mark to the specified radio equipment. 1 The following is a list of the certification bodies that have received the GITEKI Mark.
- Technical standards conformity self-confirmation (Article 38-35 of the Radio Law): When a manufacturer or distributor of special specified radio equipment specified in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Certification Regulations performs technical standards conformity self-confirmation based on Article 38-33, Paragraph 2 of the Radio Law, a person who notifies the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications of the matters specified in Paragraph 3 of the same article (a notified supplier) may affix a technical conformity mark to the special specified radio equipment when the notified supplier fulfills the obligation to conform to the construction design in accordance with Article 38-34 of the Radio Law.
