Yellow “Dandelion” color is now available in the HHKB Color Keytop Project

This spring in yellow.

On February 25, 2025, PFU Inc. announced on the company’s official HHKB X website that it will sell a limited number of “dandelion” colored keytop sets as the third phase of its HHKB Color Keytop Project.

Only the capacitance non-contact HHKB Professional is supported, not the Cherry MX compatible HHKB Studio.

Dandelion keycaps come in a gentle cream yellow color that evokes the feeling of spring, and a total of 2,250 units (English layout: 525 units, Japanese layout: 750 units, English layout unprinted: 725 units, Japanese layout unprinted: 250 units) are available.

If there is an engraving, it is also a center-printed type.

The price is 8,250 yen (including tax) for the English layout and 9,240 yen (including tax) for the Japanese layout, and the price does not change depending on whether or not engraving is done.

According to the official website, the product will be sold in the U.S., Europe, and China outside of Japan.

This set of colored key tops is the “third” set.
