As of now, general sales for Japan and availability through authorized distributors have not been announced.

A key feature of the Nape Pro is that depending on where you place it—left or right of the keyboard, in front, behind, or between split halves—the finger you use and the most convenient buttons change.

That said, the unit Greenkeys tested is a pre-production prototype. After that, adjustments were made to the scroll wheel torque and button feel, as announced by Gizmodo Japan.

Summary

Keychron has started global pre-orders for the wireless trackball “Nape Pro.”

The price is $89.99. It comes in two colors: black and white.

It has already been offered in Japan via crowdfunding, but this time it has moved into an overseas sales phase on Keychron’s official site.

Attention is now on how the Nape Pro will be received overseas.
