How to assemble the Gravity45-3DP case
The assembly method will be explained from here.
What you need for assembly
- Precision Phillips screwdriver
- Precision Tweezers
Things that would be useful
- Precision Electric Screwdriver Set
- radio pliers
This build guide is illustrated using a prototype.
Some of the parts used are different from those included in the package, but priority will be given to those included in the package with respect to the complete set of parts.

Overlap the PCBA and switch plate and fit the key switch.
Then install the keycap.
MountPin or tadpole on the switch plate referring to the illustration.
The MoutPin is almost the same diameter as the hole in the switch plate, so fitting it requires some finesse.
Press it against the bottom and pull the slightly protruding tip with tweezers or radio pliers.
When attaching MountPin, attach the PE cushion provided on the case side.
It mounts in this manner.
Insert the spacers into the four holes on the bottom case.
Turn over and attach the bottom plate so that it fits snugly into the indentation on the bottom of the case.
Insert screws in the red circled areas and screw them against the spacers to secure the bottom plate.
Attach a silicone pad to the square portion.
Place the switch plate and top case on top of each other, in that order, and screw knurled screws in the four red-circled places to complete the process.
