Bauer 65 is a new model in the Bauer series.
Unlike the highly customizable BAUER LITE 65%, there are some constraints on configuration customization at purchase, but it is definitely a higher-tier model.
If Bauer Lite 65% was an entry-level Bauer using an injection-molded polycarbonate case, Bauer 65 elevates it to a CNC aluminum construction, incorporating WK layout, DynaCap, and Hall Effect—a premium version.
Moreover, Bauer 65 boasts 100% compatibility with Bauer Lite parts, leaving room for expansion for existing users—a notable point.
In other words, existing LITE users can fully enjoy this configuration.
The product page clearly states that this is the first Bauer to introduce WK layout and Hall Effect support, carrying forward the traditional Bauer context.
The layout is ANSI 65%, supporting both WK and WKL configurations.
