On August 22, 2024, Keyreative updated its official X to announce the limited release of PBS Blanks.
The price is very inexpensive at $35.00 and is available in white or black. (Sold out at time of writing)
An announcement in an email newsletter to fans indicates that only 9 sets of white and 7 sets of black were sold.
PBS Blank Keycaps were designed by “Matt3o,” the designer behind Drop MT3 and GMK MTNU.
It has a flat design that does not change in inclination in any row, and a spherical design with a depressed center that may provide a keystroke feel that sticks to the finger.
In addition, the low overall height is a key feature, 7.43 mm, which is lower than DSA (about 8.0 mm) and Keyreative’s licensed KAM (about 9.0 mm), so it may be possible to type in a near low-profile form even with MX standards.

Today, step-sculpture designs with a slope in each row are the norm, but Matt3o envisions a future where flat keycaps are in vogue, saying, “Uniform keycaps need more attention, and I hope PBS will lead the keycap revolution.” It seems that Matt3o is imagining a future where flat keycaps are all the rage.
PBS keycaps are products that Cannonkeys sells as a global distributor (not selling directly to customers, but wholesaling products to distributors).
Keyreative has announced on the discord channel that it is working with Cannonkeys to manufacture PBS keycaps.

The limited inventory sale of PBS Blanks at Cannonkeys, as well as Keyreative, was probably part of an international promotion, and it is inferred that the product was sold to ary adaptor users for future global expansion.
