The original schedule was set for June 4 at 2:00 p.m. (GMT), and this site took into account daylight saving time, but the official X announcement apparently does not take daylight saving time into account.
KawamuraThe GMT daylight saving time is from March 31 to October 27, but it does not seem to be taken into account.
Therefore, the exact release time in Japan time is
June 4 at 23:00
