Summary of Listing Policy ▷▷
Purpose: To support compatibility among Japanese-layout bottom rows, participation information is published fairly and reproducibly.
Dimension notation: Classes are limited to JLA-450 / JLA-425, and split-space layouts are excluded.
Prior confirmation required: Brand name × dimension (JLA class) pairings are listed only after prior confirmation.
Publication process: Application → Secretariat review → explicit consent to publish → added to this page. Nothing is published before consent.
Minimum listing fields: Brand/Company, Status, JLA Class, Official URL
Standardized notation: Standardized half-width alphanumeric characters, ratio symbols, and class notation
Corrections and removals: Handled as needed at the brand’s request
Misuse: Listings may be withheld or removed in cases of misleading or false information or violations of public decency. Altering the badge is prohibited.

Reference source providers are specialist businesses that created keycap dimension drawings at JLA’s request. JLA verified the dimensions of spacebars with shared 4.5u/4.25u measurements available in the Japanese market, and the drawings were created based on those findings. Please understand that these are not original dimensions, but instead follow the 4.5u/4.25u spacebars currently on the market.
Listings are based on each company’s public consent. The class designation JLA-450/425 is a label for a compatibility class defined by “spacebar length × stabilizer mounting-point span”; it does not require disclosure of internal design know-how or redesign.
