Gravity36 is sold in collaboration with Greenkeys x takashiconpany.
The “Bottom Block” is a third-party case for the case.
Bottom Block” is a bottom case for Gravity36 designed by nori.
It is used in place of the default acrylic plate.
This article will review this 3D printed case.

HS Code (Harmonized System Code) is a code number used to standardize the name and classification of goods in international trade worldwide. Since it is used for international shipping, it cannot be shipped without specifying this code.
There are many options for shipping methods.
OCS is the fastest and cosmopolitan.
OCS is an international shipping company affiliated with ANA, and I always use them because they are inexpensive and speedy.
Really fast is Fedex Express or DHL.
Note, however, that the price will be much higher.
Personal import duties will be charged when the settlement amount exceeds 16,666 Japanese yen. The customs duty will be charged at a later date when you receive an envelope containing an invoice from the shipping company you used, along with the customs duty payment agency fee.

The above clear resin oil spray finish costs about $20.00 for one hand side and about $50.00 for both hands plus shipping. In Japanese yen, it is about 7,100 to 7,500 yen.

3DP products always carry a risk of deformation when it comes to fine modeling.
Similarly for the 3DP case, we cannot rule out the possibility of modeling errors in minor details.
You will always receive a “deformation risk” notice in English after ordering.
If you do not reply to this, it is very likely that the production itself will be cancelled.
Please refer to my correspondence below.

1) As shown below, the wall thickness in the areas marked in red is too thin, increasing the risk of loss, deformation, cracking, or damage during the printing process.
Can you confirm that the risk is acceptable?
If not, increase to at least 0.8 mm and continue; 1.5 mm would be even better. Then activate the “Replace File” button.
2) The thickness of the letter body of the convex and concave letters is too thin, so the width and depth of the letters do not meet printing requirements, increasing the risk that they will not stand out.
Can you tell me if these risks are acceptable to you?
Otherwise, it is recommended to increase the wall thickness to 0.8 mm (for plastic/nylon materials) or 1.0 mm (for metal/plastic materials).
We would appreciate your prompt reply.

I accept these risks of deformation, insufficient modeling, and blurred engraving.
Please proceed with manufacturing as is.

到着
Clear resin takes approximately 72-96 hours (3-4 days) to manufacture, and is then inspected before shipping.
After shipping, OCS takes about 7 days to reach your home.
Therefore, if all goes well, the order will arrive in 10-14 days.
Quite often, I hear, “I failed in modeling, so I will remake it. It will take some time! or” Sorry, it’s a little damaged, can you please check if it’s OK? Please be aware that we will not be able to ship your order if you do not respond in time. Please be aware that if you do not respond to these emails, your order will not be shipped.

Detail of the “Bottom Block” case for the Graviry36
Let’s take a quick look at the “Bottom Block”.
This time we ordered from JLC3DP with a clear resin oil spray finish.
And suddenly this is it.
I was amazed at the transparency of the product, as if it were cut from acrylic or polycarbonate.
The logo, which was indicated as a risk of deformation, has been sculpted well within acceptable limits.
The thickness is approximately 10 mm.
With such thickness, the transparency would be much lower, but it is quite clear.
You can see that the light passes through it well even when you try lighting it strongly from the right direction.
In fact, this data has been modified many times and the final version is v1.4.
Since the spacers had to be perfectly aligned with the top acrylic while keeping the top acrylic in line, the corners were daringly cut off to prevent modeling errors.
The choice to “eliminate” the thin part of the modeling is an excellent design sense, as it is easy to deform the thin part of the model.
And the TRRS cable section is where I had my personal selfishness fulfilled.
Jizai Style’s TRRS cables were asked to go in just in time to be pierced.
Here is the completed drawing.
From the side, you can see the difference in transparency between the clear acrylic and the clear acrylic of the top plate, but from the top surface it is acceptable.
The TRRS cable part, which is also a concern, was also hooked up perfectly.
As for the microcontroller part, it is open and a USB cable can be inserted without any problem.
I can’t get enough of this thickness.
The keystroke sound is a little less reverberant and a little tighter.
Because of the increased rigidity, vibration during keystroke is also reduced.
In addition, the main body itself is weighted, enabling more stable typing.
Summary|If you have a Graviry 36, you should definitely customize it!
This has been a review of Gravity36’s spin-off product, Bottom Block.
This time, I sculpted it in clear resin, but I think it will look different if it is sculpted in black resin.
By changing the color of the top acrylics you combine, you can further expand the range of customization of Gravity36, can’t you?
