On June 28, 2024, Kopec Japan, the authorized distributor of Keychron in Japan, updated its official X website to announce the start of sales of Keychron Q0 Max/Keychron K1 Max (JIS/US) in Japan.

This means that both Keychron Q0 Max/Keychron K1 Max (JIS/US) can now be used in Japan with no problem after obtaining the technical qualification.

As for the Keychron K1 Max, it is a low-profile mechanical keyboard with an 80% tenkeyless layout, and the main feature is that it is QMK/VIA compatible while supporting triple-mode connections.

In this model, there is also a lineup with respect to Japanese-language models.

Note, however, that the keycaps are made of ABS, which is different from the US layout model.

Keychron Q0 Max is also a customizable numeric keypad that can be used as a left-hand macro device.

The most significant feature is the support for triple-mode connection, which is wireless and very easy to handle.

It will be very popular because it is now technically compliant.
