Here comes the hot keycap.
The release pace of keycaps featuring the KAP Legend System, a project promoted by Keyreative and British designer Kapowaz, has been very strong.
KAP DISCONNECTED is a set of keycaps designed by kasperL, which operates MONACO Keys in Germany.
The simple color scheme is well accented by the iconic key caps with swords and shields that incorporate game elements.
This article reviews the KAP DISCONNECTED keycap set.

Keyreative KAP DICONNECTED Keycap Review
Let’s take a look at the actual keycap.
Let’s start with the package.
Just looking at the package already is cool.

The exterior of the KAP series is really great.
Since Kapowaz is an ardent fan of Japanese games, the essence of the featured game is sprinkled throughout.

From the side.
Some of you may have noticed it, but doesn’t it look familiar to you?

Yes, this outer box features the PS series game software package.

The design will probably stick with Prestige fans of yesteryear.
Yeah, I’m butthurt.

Now let’s open the package.
Keycap trays have been revamped from the KAP series and now come in a prestic case.
This makes storage perfect.

It is also wonderful that it can be displayed in the package I mentioned earlier for display as a collection.

The keycap consists of two tiers.

The alpha key and other keys are gray, the other mod keys are based on black, and the arrow key, ESC, and Enter are in the accent color blue.

It is noteworthy that two B’s are included to accommodate the Alice layout, as well as a split space bar.
Another consideration unique to the KAP series is that the FJ homing keycaps also include a Scooped pattern, which can be changed to suit your preference.

The accent color, a purple-leaning blue, is very beautiful.
The “MK” logo on Monaco Keys is also nice.

JIS layouts are not supported, but ISO Enter is included to support local layouts in the European area.

The main theme is “games,” and the distinctive icon key caps give a playful touch.

Let’s pick up each of the key caps.
The keys are double-shot, so there is no blotting in the key printing.

The coloring is also excellent.

PBT material has a very good color, although the coloring is slightly inferior to that of ABS.

The molding process on the back side is very good with no burrs.

Let’s take a look at a picture of the actual keyboard.
In this case, it was mounted on Mode Designs Sixty Five.

The body is black, and the champagne gold color of the accent bar is a nice accent.

The purple accent color that glitters on the black key tops spices things up quite nicely.
This is good.

I placed it on a black felt desk mat.
These chic keycaps go very well with chic colored desks.
The desk top would also look better with a walnut color.

Summary|This keycap set is a “buy”!

This has been a review of the KAP DISCONNECTED keycap set.
As I said, the quality of the KAP series is consistently high and excellent.
The thick inner walls of the keycaps give a very nice thumping sound despite the Cherry profile.
How about a set to spice up your desk?
