In addition, Kailh Pixel T/Kailh Pixel L/Gateron Pro Brown/Gateron Pro Silver/Gateron Pro White are now available.

Perhaps “linear” is a typographical error. I think the correct word is “Tactile”.

Most notable are Kailh Custom Box Plastic / Kailh Pixel L&T Linear Switches

Perhaps the most notable feature of this release is the linear switch jointly developed by MelGeek and Kailth.

Especially highly rated is the “Kailh Custom Box Plastic” used in the Mojo series. Kailh Custom Box Plastic used in the Mojo series.

Not only the author but also many people in Japan and around the world have fallen in love with the beauty of this switch.

However, there was no indication that they would be sold to the general public, and there were no similar key switches in existence, so I am sure that many people have been waiting for these key switches to be sold individually.

The adjective “tocotoco” rather than “kotokoto” is more suitable for this keyswitch. The Japanese seem to like it very much, partly because it is very light pressure.
I would like to have a stock of them, so I will buy a few more.

This linear switch, with its mint green axis, clear top, and orange bottom, has a very MelGeek-like coloring.

Perhaps the most unique feature of this keyswitch is that it is remarkably smooth and quiet.

There is almost no scraping sound when the switch is pressed, and the sound when it bottoms out is very quiet.

Pressing pressure is also below 40gf, and the time from pressing to response is shorter than that of normal keyswitches, enabling typing with a “feather touch” feel.

It is similar to the so-called “feather touch” like the 30gf model of REALFORCE.

The toot-toot sound of typing is wonderful, especially on keyboards with gasket construction and sound-absorbing materials such as PORON, which will produce an outstanding typing sound.

In addition, by replacing the keycaps with MelGeek-developed “MDA Profile” keycaps, users can enjoy a sucking typing experience.

If you have a hot-swappable keyboard, try it out!

This is the first time we have reported on the topic of new keyswitches being sold individually by MelGeek.

After all, if you like keyboards, the Kailth Custom Box Plastic Switch is a linear-axis keyswitch that you should try.

We invite you to purchase MelGeek’s products at the official MelGeek store and enjoy the superb feel and sound of the keys.
