A little late to share.
On February 26, 2025, Yoichiro Tanaka, the creator of Remap, announced that the keymap web application “Remap” is now available in Japanese.
For a long time, Remap was only available in English, but now it is also available in Japanese. It is automatically displayed in Japanese by looking at the web browser settings. We have received several requests for this. Thank you for your patience! https://t.co/eaQfoCDkhL #remap #homemade keyboard

Oh, it is perfectly Japanese.

According to the release notes, if the browser’s language setting is set to Japanese, it will automatically switch to Japanese notation.
However, there may be cases where the original English notation is still better.
In such cases, it seems that you can continue to use the English setting by taking one of the following actions.
- Change the language setting of the Web browser to English.
?lng=en
Add to the end of the URL when accessing Remap.
Remap, which has many examples of adoption in Japanese homebrew keyboards, seems to be becoming more and more useful.
