We’re redefining the conventions of keycaps with creative thinking.
At the XVX exhibition booth, there was a lineup of new products that redefined the traditional concept of “keycaps.”
This one, in particular, caught my eye.
According to the official website, it appears to be a product called the “XVX Venom Themed Liquid Metallic Electroplating ABS+PC Keycap Set.”
The theme is the texture of liquid metal.
KawamuraIt reminds me of *Terminator 2*.
The model on display has an engraving, but it appears that unmarked models also exist.
The metallic-looking parts appear to be made of ABS, while the material underneath seems to be PC, which allows the backlight to shine through.
The color options include three colors: silver, pink, and blue.
The level of craftsmanship was such that it completely redefined the very concept of “keycap design.”
This “XVX Walnut Texture MOA Profile Dye-Sublimation PBT 130-Key Keycap Set” features a striking wood-grain design.
The keycaps are made of PBT, and the wood grain pattern appears to be reproduced using sublimation printing across the entire surface.
It features the “MOA Profile,” which ensures consistent slope across all rows.
XVX also sells keycaps made of “ceramic.”
On display was a new addition to the ceramic series: the “XVX Multichrome Glitter Ceramic Cherry Profile 120-Key Full Keycap Set.”
The current sales status is “Pre-order,” and this will take the form of an advance exhibition.
The model on display was “Violet,” but it looks like they also have “Cyan” available.
It appears that by creating a “glitter coating layer” using multichrome pigments, the finish changes its appearance depending on the angle.
This is great.
Also, although the details are unclear, a chocolate-mint-style keyboard was on display.
It looks like this one uses ceramic keycaps as well.
As for XVX keycaps, you can purchase them on Amazon Japan, but according to the estimated delivery date, it appears they are shipped from overseas.
In September 2026, Greenkeys entered into a performance-based advertising agreement with XVX, which has also issued a coupon code available exclusively at the official store.
