On April 28, 2026, Cerakey teased its new keyboard, the “Peak60 HE Full Ceramic Magnetic Switch Keyboard.”
On its official X account, Cerakey describes the Peak60 HE as the “World’s first full ceramic magnetic keyboard” and introduces it as a product coming soon.
The product page is already live, with a listed price of $299.00.
Right now it appears to be discounted, with pricing starting at $279.00.

Cerakey is a brand that has primarily focused on ceramic keycaps to date.
In recent years, it has also released highly decorative ceramic keycaps like Ice Crystal Glaze, highlighting the material’s texture and typing feel.

For Cerakey, the Peak60 HE is its second original keyboard, following the NADA65.
Let’s take a look at the specs of Cerakey’s new keyboard.

Combining a fully ceramic case with magnetic switches

One of the biggest features of the PEAK60 is that it uses a special ceramic material for the case.

It’s said to be finished with a fired glaze that gives each case a different look, and it’s interesting that no two cases are exactly the same.
They also explain that ceramic doesn’t interfere with magnetic fields, allowing the magnetic switches to perform at their best.
They’re also strongly emphasizing its performance as a magnetic-switch keyboard.

The Peak60 HE claims ultra-low latency of 0.125 ms with an 8000 Hz polling rate, a 64 kHz key scan rate, and 0.01 mm rapid trigger precision, and says it supports zero dead zone and zero misinputs.
It’s clearly a product aimed at use cases where responsiveness matters, such as FPS games.
As for the typing sound, it gives a very hard, crisp impression.
From the case structure, it looks like it’s not a PCB gasket mount, but more like a tray mount or top mount.
On top of that, the use of a titanium switch plate suggests a very stiff typing feel.

Cerakey magnetic switches and Cerakey Lab

The Peak60 HE is said to use magnetic switches developed in-house by Cerakey.
On the product page, it highlights a high-magnetic-flux switch for a stable stem and smooth actuation, a silky keypress feel from a POM stem, and even RGB lighting via a translucent top and light guide.
It also looks like a configuration tool called “Cerakey Lab” will be provided.

With Cerakey Lab, in addition to per-key customization, you’ll be able to configure advanced features like SOCD, RS, and DKS.
What stands out is that it’s not just a keyboard to enjoy the material—it also puts competitive-grade magnetic-switch features front and center.
Also uses Ice Crystal Glaze ceramic keycaps

For the keycaps, it uses Cerakey’s signature Ice Crystal Glaze ceramic keycaps.
This seems to be positioned as a custom color variant of the Ice Crystal Glaze that went on sale recently, and it feels premium—very close to the “Tao Xi” color.

The profile is Cherry Profile, and the stem is a V2 ABS stem.
For Cerakey, ceramic keycaps are at the core of the brand.
With the Peak60 HE, by making not only the keycaps but also the case out of ceramic, it seems to be aiming less for a typical input device and more for a desk object with a strong material-driven presence.
“World’s first” should be treated as an official claim
On its official X account, Cerakey describes the Peak60 HE as the “World’s first full ceramic magnetic keyboard.”
That said, products like the Keychron Q16 HE 8K have previously appeared, combining a ceramic case, ceramic keycaps, and magnetic-switch technology.
It’s best to view this point as “the company’s official claim.”
Standalone case sales also support swapping in existing PCBs

What’s interesting about the Peak60 HE is that it’s sold not only as a complete keyboard, but also as a standalone ceramic case.
On Cerakey’s official site, it’s listed as the “Peak 60 Ceramic Keyboard Case Kit,” priced at $107 on sale and $119 regularly. Colors include White, plus White Crazed, Blue Crazed, and Pink Crazed.

On the case-only page, it explains that the Peak60 is based on the GH60 60% layout standard and supports many PCBs that use the standard GH60 screw-hole layout.
It also lists a wide range of compatible PCBs, including magnetic-switch options such as Wooting 60HE / 60HE+, Gateron GT60 / GT60PRO, MONSGEEK FUN60, GeonWorks Venom60HE, and WuqueStudio BABAO60 HE.
This likely means Cerakey is positioning the Peak60 not only as a complete keyboard, but also as an option for converting existing 60% magnetic-switch keyboards into a ceramic case.
Especially considering products like the Wooting 60HE—which are strong on performance but have high demand for case customization—the standalone Peak60 case is a very straightforward offering.
The case-only page also explains it as “Zero Interference, GH60 Layout Fit,” stating that the ceramic case won’t interfere with magnetic fields and will maintain Hall-effect sensor accuracy.

summary

Cerakey has built its brand around the material experience of ceramic keycaps.
Recently, it’s also expanded its lineup with keycaps in “lacquer finish” and “urushi finish” above the standard range, suggesting a clear move toward a more premium direction.
Meanwhile, for the newly announced Peak 60 HE keyboard, having Cerakey’s ceramic keycaps included at a price under $300.00 may look relatively reasonable by comparison.
In recent years, magnetic-switch keyboards have been rapidly increasing, especially for gaming.
What Cerakey is bringing to the table isn’t just a product that pushes specs like rapid trigger and 8000 Hz—it’s a keyboard that combines the feel of ceramic as a material with the performance of magnetic switches, which is very interesting.
The angle of a case that doesn’t interfere with magnetic characteristics is also a pretty compelling approach.
We’ll need to wait for further details on the exact release date and sales format, but as a move by Cerakey from a keycap brand into the complete-keyboard space, the Peak60 HE is definitely one to watch.
