On July 30, 2026, Keychron announced on X that it has started global pre-orders for the wireless trackball “Keychron Nape Pro,” co-developed with Gizmodo Japan, on its global official site.

The price is $89.99.

It comes in two colors: black and white.

Global pre-orders for Nape Pro are now live

Nape Pro is a slim, elongated wireless trackball mouse designed to be placed in front of your keyboard or to either side.

It features a 25 mm trackball, plus six customizable buttons and a scroll wheel.

It supports Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz, and wired USB connections.

Built on ZMK, it’s highly customizable—for example, you can fine-tune controls in Keychron Launcher.

In Japan, it was crowdfunded via Gizmodo Japan.

That said, the unit Greenkeys tested is a pre-production prototype. After that, adjustments were made to the scroll wheel torque and button feel, as announced by Gizmodo Japan.
